Well, it’s quite simple.
The rich elite tell the poor to hate the poorer, convincing them that they are the problem and not the real “welfare queens”, which are the billionaires living on the money of the explited masses.
Then, morons buy the narrative.
As someone who needs a blue badge but “doesn’t technically qualify” you have to jump through so many hoops and put up with so much BS to get one, those that manage to really need it. (My council anyway)
