Glad to be here. I have not played BG1 in a looooooong time, but started the BG3 community, and can’t not think of BG1, BG2 etc. as my origin story. I do watch a number of YouTube streamers that are playing BG1/BG2 before BG3 launches, it takes me back. I LOVE IT ALL.
I think its a great time to play original games. Sure it is far from bg3 visual style and everything but the story is great and I think there will be lots of references in bg3.
Thanks for making a community for this great game. I hope BG3 will inspire many people to play BG1 and 2. I think they totally hold up.
