Like the title says, I want to do my part for the climate emergency and go vegan because people say it’s the best way an individual can make a difference.

What I don’t understand is that if we stop eating cows, they are going to run rampant, right? All those cows going free, terrorizing their former captors and wracking havoc. That’s got to have carbon emissions right? And of course their FARTS.

Honestly, I think the best thing for the planet is to keep eating those climate destroying jerks.

Well, I would suggest to not jump to extremes. Don’t completely cut out cows from your diet. You’ll put hardworking farmers out of jobs. Don’t you care about jobs?

I know if I couldn’t sell my cows or their milk, my first solution would be to let them free in the woods somewhere

That’s why I exclusively eat cows, gotta make sure those climate destroying jerks get what’s coming to them for daring to be mass bred to serve my consumption

Is it not widely acknowledged that individuals adopt a vegan lifestyle precisely for the purpose of promoting a reduction in meat consumption and consequently a decrease in the livestock population?

I wouldn’t worry about it. The British government said they were working on cows that fart less. Once they’ve done that, we can just go back to eating ethically-murdered beef.
