    Physical? I am not sure there is a comparison. Mental or emotional? Probably something comparable, but that pain wouldn’t be exclusive to men.

        Indeed painful, but not unique to men and I am not convinced it reaches the same degrees of pain. Vaginal tearing is not unheard of in child birth, but is (to my knowledge) exceptionally rare when passing kidney stones.
