Morrowind was the first time I played a game with a character sheet and simulated dice rolls. It took me awhile to figure out why I wasn’t hitting the enemy despite my sword traveling through their face.

Ah yes, that was me when I had difficulty killing a Cliff Racer and took a while before I could survive and kill one with projectile poison spells. Just one before I ran out of magic and had to take a rest in game.
