Microsoft has said it will tighten human-rights controls when working with national security agencies after an inquiry into how the Israeli military used its cloud technology for the mass surveillance of Palestinians.

On Thursday, Microsoft announced the completion of the inquiry and a series of new measures that include changes to how the company oversees employees with security clearances issued by foreign governments.

It only took Microsoft years of supporting a genocide, the occupation and ethnic cleansing of more land in Gaza, the west bank and southern Lebanon than the entirety of the Russian occupied Ukrainian territories and the creation of a death penalty exclusively for non jews before Microsoft even thought about looking into this.

This and other stuff like letting people turn bing off, what happen, did that loser Nadella have an epiphany?

Did he live through a timewarp Twilight Zone nightmare where he suffers at the hands of the white nationalist regime he supported during the election?

      Nope. It’s crowd control.

Copilot has been fucking up and they said it was an optional experience and since it’s also baked into edge, they gotta make it optional as well in case of lawsuits.

Also, the human rights thing just means they’ll tighten up about whistleblowers, not respecting actual human rights.

      Edit: in my current opinion.
