The entire Luna Abyss dev team has been laid off, studio Kwalee Labs is shutting down.
The horror shooter with bullet-hell elements launched about a month ago, earned glowing reviews (86% on Steam, 81 on Metacritic), but a peak of 317 concurrent players and Game Pass didn’t cut it. All 9 developers lost their jobs. Luna Abyss is out on PC, PS5 & Xbox, with Russian subtitles.
