He’s trying to deflect attention. He’s against the billionaire tax that will be on California’s ballots this fall.

A state and national billionaire tax would be great.
Ohhh, there’s going to be an “economic reset” all right… and it’s going to look a lot like the “economic reset” the liberal order foisted onto the world back in the 1930s.
