It’s crazy how fast we’re cutting ties and replacing even the most “usa only” systems.

Tactically I can’t blame any country for distancing from the US after Trump. I do have to see it as a victory for Putin though.

Only in as much as it reduces the US’s influence.
If the other NATO members can step up quickly enough to fill that void, I doubt it will benefit Putin as much as he had hoped. Especially with how much his attacks on Ukraine have drained his own millitary.
In the end it can make for a stronger world. The problem is the transition, it will be a time a weakness for everyone. That’s what Putin would try to exploit, with the indirect help of China.

That is true for a lot of improvements in pretty much any society.
It takes time and persistent effort to get improvements put in place, and during the transition people often get impatient and bail out before the destination is reached, which can scuttle the whole project.
Its going to take at least a decade to make that happen
