    Because it addresses only one part of the problem, and quality of life and health outcomes are complex. Weight loss through lifestyle changes addresses many aspects of obesity. The drug doesn’t make you go for walks and eat vegetables.

    Gastric bypass surgery is one of the options that is replaced by these peptides, and it’s invasive.
