We know from an FoI request that McGill’s wasn’t the only one excluded (four rejections, four approvals, and one that didn’t meet criteria) and that two of the approved requests were buying Alexander Dennis buses too. McGill’s also got funded in the first two phases of the program. I hope that the specifics of their application this round just weren’t as good
