A frankly depressing read. With the rise in school violence, more should change obviously. Some sort of three strike rule and more exclusions seem the only answer to me

I’d be interested to hear how many of the children hurting others are on the ASN log or have an Additional Support identified.
So excluding the victim from a break with his friends in the school yard is OK, because it is “protection”, but excluding the bully in the same way instead of the victim would be “punishment”.
Yeah, makes totally sense…
