Describe the issue: If I revisit a user note context and try to scroll, it just stutters back to a specific point in the post. This can also happen on initial visit but seems limited to posts that have cross-posts.

      OoOohh, the settings is nicely organized now. While bug fixes and new features are of course appreciated, I think UX improvement like this and all of the loading indicators are also important, particularly for newer users or more casual ones.
