If they were open to open up the iPlayer for people outside the UK who are willing to pay, I’d be all ears.
They tried, take-up wasn’t great, and they were muscled out of the US market so it shut down.

Oh No! What ever will people do? If only there was some way of watching these things somewhere else, perhaps with some sort of p2p networking.
Sadly technology hasn’t advanced far enough for people at great distance to each other to exchange information. It is IMPOSSIBLE
