The National Transportation Safety Board's preliminary report on a deadly Oak Cliff apartment gas explosion claims a gas line was not marked before drilling was done on the property.

Article never says if a ticket was actually called in for the dig area or not so not sure who’s at fault here. Several years ago I was the on call person for a gas explosion (no one injured thank god). What a wild and crazy scene.
