    There are many tools for decision support. I usually create a list of all options, decide on 3-5 criteria, then rate the options and voila out roles the best option. I may sleep over it, and the next day decide for another option, but at least it is a rational choice.

      I use 3 criteria; not 2, save that I then move to use 3, neither do I use 4.
