    Didn’t he reassure us in the “ARD Sommerinterview” (annual interview with top german politicians conducted by the public broadcaster ARd or ZDF) that he would totally not replace any ministers besides Spahn?

      Spahn wasn’t a minister in the first place.
      Faction head is a party office that has nothing to do with the government.

      This reshuffle has nothing to do with him, except perhaps as a pretext.
