NATO supplies the weapons, transports the weapons through their NATO logistics chain, obfuscates the weapon destination so it can be delivered to Israel and bypass country-wide export laws against war-crimes, funds the Israeli military complex, provides Israel with diplomatic cover, directly pays for the Israeli weapons in many cases, trains and arms the PA so they only shoot Palestinians trying to resist this exact scenario in the video, and much more.
