    I’ve never seen any signage at my local Walmart that would prohibit such behaviour. Though the only thing my Walmart does prohibit is stealing and outright violence to other shoppers. Everything else seems fair game.

      I’ve seen enough ‘People of Walmart’ images to know for absolute fact that she had no reason to think what she was doing would be frowned upon

      Here in California everything is locked behind a glass door and has to be carried to front. I went to buy a first aid kit couple years ago after moving here and had to have it unlocked and carried to the front. Told that girl you might as well just follow me with a cart, I have other things to buy. She said just have someone carry it up front… Took me an hour to buy a handful of items for work shit. They didn’t even have everything at the same checkout line so I had to describe everything I intended to buy to some underpaid, overworked, and fed up employee who, rightfully, was pretty pissed off about it. Haven’t been inside a Walmart since.

    People have gotten bolder about just bringing their dog into Walmart at random. Like not even a true, legal, and trained service dog – actual pets. Walmart has people at every door asking to see your receipt even though the employee just watched you go through the checkout line, but they don’t stop people from bringing their pets in.

    Couple of months back, some guy had a pitbull puppy and he let it take a shit on the floor then walked away like nothing happened. An older lady snapped at him, “Aren’t you going to clean that up?” But the owner just keep walking acting like he did not hear her.

    But heaven forbid when I shit on the floor, they made me clean it up and I had to take a ride in the cop car.

        The occasional person on the fringe goes down my rabbit hole.
