Are the cameras at 59th street actually Flock cameras (or similar), accessible by NYPD or just for congestion pricing and toll collection? In deflock, they all look like they’re part of DOT but i’m not sure if NYPD has access. For most of northern Manhattan, it seems to be pretty standard for DOT to operate all the cameras, including all of Harlem.
