Not really sure why some fans are so hostile towards Vinai. Yes, he was at the helm when some big mistakes were made (e.g. the Pepe deal). But others deserve a lot of the blame for that to (looking at you, Raul!). And overall Vinai did a lot of good for the club. Good luck to him with his new project.
Its not like Vinai was doing the scouting for Pepe or putting the team together. Feels like he deserves some credit for keeping us financially stable while we tried to compete with clubs like City.
