    They know. They’ve known since Colorado legalised like a decade ago (more?).

    They haven’t been leaving money on the table. Someone’s just giving them more to not do it.

      Someone’s just giving them more a pittance to bribe a few politicians to not do it.

      There is no way the opium and prison companies are spending $100 billion in bribes on pot, even combined.
