My favorite brainwashed response I’ve gotten from a Trumper:

Me: “what did you think about us hitting hottest week ever?”

Trumper: “Have you heard about that church the scientists found? It was underwater. That means there was an ice age during the last 2000 years!. And that means this is supposed to happen every once in a while. Next it will be an ice age, it will be a little colder than usual, and then everything will be fine! Stop being such an alarmist!”

Since this person was my client and paying me for a service, I had to change the subject for fear of losing my sanity and my job. Sheesh.
