TARAE: The Unbound, grim isometric action-RPG with an Asian setting gets announced 🔥
Publisher KRAFTON and dev Boundary unveiled the game for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, no release date yet.
The story takes place on Taegwido Island, where an outcast named Agasa shattered the borders between Six Worlds. Players control one of six Seekers, hunting down Sources to restore them. Combat is all about crowd-clearing with chain attacks, while bosses demand pattern recognition, dodges, and well-timed counters. Classes include blades, firearms, martial arts, mysticism, and spirit-based powers. Progression ties into five elements, Yin and Yang, karma, and reincarnation.
