Your page seems like a hit piece without any evidence. Maybe try to write a coherent 300-500 word version of this and send it to a newspaper’s opinion section? It’s genuinely hard to understand what your complaint is, only that you hate Wikipedia.
In this case we’re linking to two blog posts authored by a former WMF staffer who decides to speak out about the problems she faced there.
Can you lay out any and all evidence in a relatively short post? It’s giant walls of text with no outside links, and seems to lack specific accusations that I can understand. I honestly have no idea what the complaint is, and I tried to read it.
That question is best fielded to the blog author; it’s a primary source speaking from her personal point of view but it sure does correlate with a lot about the Kayla Mae case last year or so, where another WMF staffer sued the organization for workplace bullying and wrongful termination.
Similar to the first blog post, it focuses heavily on feelings and barely mentions specific accusations. Closest thing it comes to is this:
Among other things, her supervisor asked her inappropriate questions about her sexual identity and inquired about her medical history.
An initial internal investigation ultimately determined that her supervisor’s actions were “inappropriate” and a violation of the organization’s policy, Mae said, but it was unclear what actions were taken against him.
That’s it. “Inappropriate questions.” No examples of questions, or the setting involved when those questions were asked. Leaves me to use my imagination to guess if the situation was truly inappropriate or not, and how bad. Reminds me of a bad review where they say something like “The waiter was so incredibly rude. Ruined our day.” where the the lack of detail makes it a pretty useless review.
The actual lawsuit text would contain more info. I suppose I could look that up. But those are the details I’m looking for and I’m not seeing it in this article.

Unfortunately unless I want to pay for the court filings, all I can see is the original complaint. They went to mediation in January and settled in March. Beyond that I can’t say much.
