Well, at least Kim is smart enough to know that anything Putin signs is worth less than used toilet paper.
So in Putineze, the translation is “We signed a bunch of things we don’t want you to know about.”
Funny how Putin is the only dictator in the text. I’d throw both in the same bucket.
Besides that, I wouldn’t trust anything any of them says.
