It would make a lot more sense to discuss actual racist characters like Borat or General Aladeen. Even then, I think Cohen is just guilty of being an edgy comedian in the 00s. I think he’s made a lot of art that’s going to age very poorly (or has) but I don’t feel like he was ever punching down except on his own audience
