Introducing our latest creation - the ErgoDox in an elegant, low-profile housing expertly crafted from bamboo. The switch plate has been seamlessly integrated into the wooden housing, resulting in a beautifully streamlined design. Whether you consider bamboo as wood or grass, this creation pays homage to the natural world in every detail.

Our keyboard is also equipped with Kailh v1 hotswap sockets for flexibility and ease of use. Plus, it comes with a convenient USB-C socket and responsive Kailh chocolate Brown switches, perfect for typists who appreciate both style and function.

What do you think about it? Does it make sense?

Do the sharp edges not make it uncomfortable?

I tested for an hour this keyboard, and did not notice anything. But I will give the option to choose when ordering the case.

This is the first time I’ve seen these caps on something that it really compliments. The combo is really nice imo. Are y’all planning on expanding to smaller split choc boards? Bamboo treatment for the Sweep would be a buy from me lol

Well, you’ve removed the tenting stands, which prevent pronation. Also, the standard ergodox ez adds a slight angle to the thumb cluster so it better conforms to the shape of the hand. All the keys on your board appear (based on the angle of the picture) to be on the same vertical plane and given that they’re low profile, you don’t even have enough give to even “fake” a natural angle.

In short, this design seems like it removes some of the ergonomic features of the ergodox ez for…looks?

Thank you for your insights. The tilt kit is available. As is the case with my other versions of wood-cased keyboards.
