Misleading title. The interview is still only posted to YouTube, as originally announced. ABC/Kimmel have not decided to air it as part of his show, as implied by the title of the post/article.

All they had to do was issue a genuine, open invitation to Ken Paxton to come on the show, and be interviewed. If he does, hooray, interview the shit out of him. But he won’t, and that’s on him, not ABC. Not much the FCC can do when ABC openly wants the guy to come on, and he won’t.
