If you can’t tell a deer from a human you can’t have firearms (or a driver’s license for that matter)

As someone who hunts in dense brush there’s no way to mix up a human and a deer.

There absolutely is, which is why most states require high vis clothing while hunting.

No, that’s required because a bunch of people that shouldn’t be trusted with buyer knives are allowed to have guns and will shoot at anything that moves.

… which proves your original hypothesis completely wrong.

Safety laws are written in blood, not good intentions.

I’m seeing then why you might be confused.

A lot of people “hunting” are trash human beings just going out to be ammosexual. And it involves a lot of beer.

Tell that to the lady in Maine who was shot in her own backyard while hanging up laundry.

What should I say to hr? You look nothing like a deer? A lot of hunters are really dumb and will shoot at movement?

A lot of hunters are really dumb and will shoot at movement

          That is the correct answer.

It’s not because “she looked like a deer”, it’s because “I saw movement in the distance and assumed it might be a deer”

More careless than clumsy. In the literal sense of “not caring”.

Hunting issues seems to cross borders. In France, a hunter can shoot on a runner’s knee and explode it, or shoot on a house and never be too much scared by justice

It’s hard to find the correct level of punishment for an accident, although shooting at a runners knee sounds more than fucked up.

I assume both of them lost their licences on the spot and the right to own guns for eternity
