It was very photogenic this week.
Simple flour/salt/yeast/water bread dough with store-bought pasta sauce, tomato, sundried tomato, “sausages”, and mushroom. Seasoned with fresh garlic and ground pepper.

I love making pizza. It’s so satisfying and easy to get good results. For my sauce I use plain crushed tomatoes with a pinch of garlic powder and oregano. It’s a nice New York style sauce and very cheap.
