My partner and I will be visiting Dollywood for the first time in October. We are going for two days. What would you recommend we do? What’s the best show? The best ride? The best food? Any cool hidden nooks or crannies?
I don’t have any recommendations for you other than the museum which is pretty incredible and the tour bus which is interesting.
My wife, daughter and I went two years ago on a drive from Fort Lee to Fort Knox. We loved it. It just feels good. I think we would rather go back there than back to Disney (which we also love but which definitely feels different).

Everything at the park is great… I’m not sure what the status is of the Dolly museum stuff but if any of it is open (new or old) I would recommend checking it out. When I was there I didn’t get to the train but I’ve heard a ton of great things about it.
All of the coasters are incredible… Unfortunately you’ll miss Lightning Rod but at least you are going to go into it knowing it’s closed unlike most who have gone abd constantly waited for it to open and it never did 😂
