Solar punk is generally anarchical in nature. They’ll respond with a community armed with automatic firearms that they are all trained to use, as they were all trained by the community to perform consent-based policing.
Then I’ll just be sure to have a bigger gang. Bigger gang with more guns wins. No punishment with no prisons.
No actually, there will be a tribunal where you’d likely be sentenced to death by the community, because you attacked the community from the outside so exile wouldn’t be effective.
Your fantasy world is completely unrealistic. Most people will not want to be enforcers. The strong would rule, just like happens everywhere rule of law breaks down.
