Q: I got banned, where can i appeal.
A: For Temporary Bans, you cant, wait your time out.
Permanent Bans can be appealed after 1 week.
Q: I accidentally dropped my diamond pickaxe into the void/lava/disposal bin.
A: You can craft yourself a new pickaxe
Q: I got scammed
A: Should have made more sure if the seller is trustworthy. ( or make secured trading station )
Q: Someone traps you with a player warp
A: Screenshot where you at and screenshot the warp in /pw menu

I don’t really have many questions, they’re more suggestions.
I think addressing number 3 it might be a good idea to create a Room on the element as well as a channel on the Discord for Minecraft support so that the reports don’t end up cluttering or disrupting the main channels for people. Also might be good to state what our stance is when it comes to cheating itself.
Also addressing Element a bit more, it might be a good idea to add your element so people can send secure messages if needed, not saying you have to, it’s just a suggestion.
You mean Matrix - Element is just a client for matrix. With element itself you cant do anything. And there you cant have any Voice Chats. Because of that i suggested Discord ( as i was refering to voice chats ) But yeah about the channels i thought about it. Have to discuss with the admins :)
Yeah Matrix, only referred to it as Element since it was referred that way in the original post. It’s true that Matrix is rather limited due to lack of voice chats, I was thinking the matrix channel would be mainly for support and reports and the discord would be where people could have general MC related conversations due to having Voice chat there.
But you could see now a discord Channel and Matrix channel. Its not yet briged but its planned. You can create a post on the Community too.
I keep getting booted whilst using bedrock on Android. I can connect to the server, mess around a little, but then all of a sudden the app crashes completely. If I reload, join the server again, I get kicked again within a minute or two…
Edit - I’m fairly sure this hasn’t happened playing bedrock on ps4.

Edit - checked the CubeCraft default server. No issues, app behaves fine, don’t get kicked. 🤔

ShierGecko29404 Ok it seems to be a network issue. Are you US or EU ? It could just be the additional lag. We cant help you further with this.
