      At least two strikes came from above head. You can see that on the top left of his head. You couldn’t strike like that doing a jab.

      I don’t even know why they booked this man he’s obviously concussed and disfigured.

        They want to use it as evidence to show he fought back and the cops had to use force to make an arrest.

        I was a cop. I know the drill. The photo is to show the force needed to make an arrest.

        There will be another photo of the cop entered into evidence to show his wounds.

        An example is you untuck your shirt, undue a few bottoms and slouch.

        I shit you not. You take off your hat to make your hair look messy.

          Thank you for the information and coming forward with your experience. I would have never thought of something like that being used AGAINST the one who was physically attacked. Also maybe nice to see another PNW in the wild.

            You’d use that in court to show how serious the fight was.

            Assaulting a police officer has two standard. It’s a higher punishment if you need medical care.

            So dudes would call an ambulance to get a band aid put on to qualify for the greater chargers. They received medical care.

            I am not anti-cop at all but I am anti-bullshit.

                That’s why I hate plea bargaining so much.

                Guy is mentally Ill. Old. Maybe started a fight with a cop but how much of a threat is he?

                Yet he’ll get charged and got to jail/prison and is society safer ?

                He’ll plea because no way he can afford a lawyer.

        I’ve heard of people doing it but you risk hurting yourself. Most states it would illegal since it’s brass knuckles. Punching to the head would he assault with deadly weapon unless you were authorized for deadly force.

        That’s why he got cut so bad. It’s the it’s all the force in a small area
