I’m not familiar w/ the situation, but these are just well paid scabs or strike breakers?
It’s sweet that she’s doing right by these individuals, but my understanding of unions is that she is hurting the union.
SAG approved the proposal. They are by no definition scabs, their union approved the working body to accept the work.

And the trick is it’s self-funded, self-distributed, and she made an interim agreement with SAG-AFTRA to get their blessing.
