        Maybe NONCOM is used somewhere as an abbreviation? I don’t really know but that came into mind at first.

      It doesn’t say „on Russian territory“ it just says Russian non-combat losses, which could also technically happen in occupied regions

      Closest timeline on there is the statement “Since Feb. 24 2022” in the bottom and the disclaimer in the top that they are discounting aircraft shot down by Wagner during their rebellion.

        Well 24 February 2022 is the start date of counting. I’m interested in the end date.
