Does anyone know if there are any forks of Brave Browser (Android in particular) that have the Brave theming removed?
In short, I’d like the features of Brave, but I prefer the clean, no orange, interface of ungoogled chromium.
Second question: is it safe to block the constant update checks via DNS? I update everything manually anyway…

There aren’t great Chromium based alternative forks for Android. Not a Brave fork but been using this for the better part of the year. https://github.com/uazo/bromite-buildtools
I also use Uazo’s build. I was hoping there was a build with everything Brave does, without the theming.
