What are we all using to track training logs? I’ve been using a Google doc which is easy to use on mobile but doesn’t do squat for analysis long term. I see plenty of lifters using old school notebooks. Has anyone moved into the 21st century?

    I use HeavySet for iOS. It keeps track of your progress over time.

    I use fitnotes on Android. It does produce nice graphs after logging your workouts over time

    I use Sheiko Gold. It’s not super flexible as it expects you to follow Sheiko programming, but I love it.
