The candidates positions are bending over doggystyle for Russia and cowering in the corner like a piggy for Russia.
Proposal that won’t happen: income from paid leave must be returned when the person put on leave is fired or convicted. For these purposes, quitting, transferring, or retiring while on leave is considered a confession, and the return of paid leave income is required.
That may not seem like much, but other public services (like schools) need every penny they can get.
