In the settings, there are several options in the order General, Appearance, and App Icon, click app icon.
Not on the apple app on the web version which can be installed on the desktop
You can’t; no API exists on the web to change icons.

Not using an apple app just using the web version.
You can’t do it there. It’s only supported in the app.
