Question in the title. Before I start dedicating points into Reflexes, I’m wondering if any of the perks would benefit Throwing Knives, or if they count as a Blade when used in melee.

I believe they get the bonus damage from any “blade” and “throwable weapon” perks combined. I maxed out Cool and Reflexes, and can one-shot most enemies with them.
I just wish they procced Kerenzikov. Would be so much fun to zip around the room in slow-mo planting knives into gonks’ faces.
I was pretty disappointed when I realized they didn’t work with the Kerenzikov, seems like an oversight.
