    when doing your job is denigrated as “quiet quitting” who wouldn’t be stressed out? I’ve never felt better about putting work last on my priorities than I do now.

    Remember when all those Employee Assistance Programs, marketed as ways to get mental and other forms of help for workers, were found to just be sharing data with HR so companies could have reasons to fire you? Cause Pepperidge Farms does.

    Never trust your employer with sensitive information.

    Who in their right mind would expect employers to deal with their mental problems. Most employers can barely run the business side of their companies properly, expecting bureaucrats to help you deal with emotional problems is like asking a tree for directions in the woods.
