It does bypass parental controls though, so this could be abused if websites are blocked in FamilyLink
It’s using a Google tunnel. It’s available in Chrome, somewhere in the settings.

It’s just the WebView, you can use that on light browsers like Via for example.

I think it is not a browser per se. It is just another settings for your account.
