I am looking at MPLS, EVPN, Cisco SDA/LISP and an Arista solution. Anyone widely deploying a fabric? We have hundreds of sites with over hundred thousand end users.

Honestly with that many sites I would engage a partner to help with the deployment.
100% agreed. We have a partner but I am still curious what others might be deploying or considering.
We have one law firm in 6 countries who are doing Cisco SDA with FortiGate firewalls. Luckily FortiGate support SGT so we got that working for them.
