Anybody using Tata play fiber? Just saw on their website that they advertise 99.9% uptime.
Kind of tired of ACT going offline ~1h after a power cut.

I use ACT but haven’t faced such major outage. However when power goes off my router disconnects and rejoins which takes around 5 mins. May be raise an escalation with ACT to see if they can provide power backup to their switch?
Yeah, I did call them. They are apparently switching to smaller Li backup batteries, with max backup of 2h.
Not just in Bangalore, seems like every where else they use some shitty backup to their switches. I have reported them number of times, they changed 2-3 batteries. All of them worked properly for a week and same story in the 2nd week.
