Can you add text to speech to Jerboa? So that it will read the OP and all comments, be able to pause and play, forward past comments and lastly read with the screen off.

Can you not use google talkback with Jerboa?
No, turning TalkBack on an off would be cumbersome, awkward and less efficient than is jerboa had it built in as a feature.
