We’re heavily reliant on encryption functioning correctly for even the most mundane activities in our modern lives. Privacy is fundementual right, even if goes against our own governments.

Adding backdoors or weakening ciphers won’t stop the criminals, but it sure would make us extremely vulnerable to foreign & domestic actors.
