Howdy, any latex printer users out there?, is it best to always remove the vinyl rolls from the printer after printing? I am having constant head crashes on my first print after not printing for a few days. Seems to be caused by the curl of the vinyl through the machine, causing the vinyl to lift up.

I normally don’t use the hold down magnets, because I’ve had it hit one of those and pop it up when the vinyl curled and I’d rather crash into vinyl.

Just curious if anyone knows a good way to get it to quit, the media I use, which mostly causes my issues, is HP permanent gloss vinyl roll sizes 42 and 60 inch.

I usually print smallish decals and race stuff, it’s just really annoying, other than that, My latex 260 works awesome. just like wrecking a foot of vinyl quite regularly.
