Not widely available at the moment, but a good initiative to get stagnant money circulating and reduce minting costs.
I don’t have a jar or a large stack of coins. Not sure how many people still do.
When I was working in a cafe, I usually bring my coins in to exchange for notes.
Especially nowadays when many are going cashless, the cashier will appreciate it if you have exact change when paying in cash.
